This 7-day adventure takes you deep into Tanzania’s untamed heart — from the baobab-dotted plains of Tarangire, through the bird-rich wetlands of Lake Manyara, into the sweeping savannas of the Serengeti, and down into the Edenic depths of Ngorongoro Crater. Designed for the adventurous at heart, this camping safari offers budget-conscious travelers the thrill of sleeping under the stars, waking up to wild sounds, and enjoying the personal care of a guide and private camp chef. It’s not just a safari — it’s a raw, unforgettable journey into the wild soul of Africa.
Your safari begins with a VIP airport pickup upon your arrival in Arusha. You'll be transferred to a luxurious lodge set in a serene environment where you can unwind after your journey. Enjoy a chef-prepared dinner and receive a personalized safari briefing from your private guide.
After a relaxed breakfast, you’ll catch a scenic flight over the Great Rift Valley to Serengeti National Park. Upon landing, your private guide will greet you and whisk you away on your first afternoon game drive. Expect elephants, giraffes, and perhaps a pride of lions. You'll spend the night at an opulent tented camp nestled deep in the bush, where luxury meets wilderness.
Wake up to the sounds of nature and set out for a full day of game viewing in the legendary Serengeti. You'll explore different zones of the park in search of the Big Five and the elusive cheetahs. A gourmet picnic lunch will be served in the wild, and your day will end with sundowners around the campfire and a candle-lit dinner under the stars.
Before dawn, you'll take to the skies on an optional hot air balloon safari. As the sun rises, float silently above the plains while watching animals stir below. After landing, a champagne bush breakfast awaits in a secluded setting. The rest of the day can be spent on another game drive or enjoying a massage and relaxation back at your luxury camp.
Today, you’ll leave the Serengeti behind and enjoy a leisurely game drive en route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you may stop at Olduvai Gorge, the famous archaeological site known as the "Cradle of Mankind." By late afternoon, you'll arrive at your lodge perched on the crater rim, offering sweeping views of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera.
After breakfast with a view, you’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of game viewing in one of Africa’s most biodiverse locations. Keep your eyes peeled for endangered black rhinos, lions, hippos, and flocks of pink flamingos. A picnic lunch is served beside a hippo-filled lake before you ascend back to your luxurious lodge for a farewell dinner.
After a relaxed morning and breakfast overlooking the crater, you’ll either fly or drive back to Arusha. If time allows, enjoy a cultural visit or last-minute shopping. Your journey concludes with a private transfer to the airport or your preferred drop-off location, leaving you with unforgettable memories of a truly extraordinary safari.
