his 5-day safari takes you on a thrilling journey through Tanzania’s most iconic national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Experience the raw beauty of nature, witness abundant wildlife, and immerse yourself in the rugged wilderness, all while camping under the African stars.
Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, where you’ll meet your guide and driver. After a scenic drive, you’ll arrive at Tarangire National Park. Known for its vast herds of elephants and stunning baobab trees, this park offers a perfect introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species. In the evening, head to your camping site near the park, where you’ll enjoy a freshly prepared dinner and a peaceful night under the stars.
After breakfast at camp, depart for the Serengeti National Park. The drive will take you through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, with opportunities to stop for photos and stretch your legs. Upon entering the Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive, where you’ll encounter the park's iconic wildlife — from elephants and giraffes to lions and cheetahs. Arrive at your campsite for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.
Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti’s vast plains in search of wildlife. Whether it’s tracking the Great Migration (in season) or spotting elusive leopards and cheetahs, the Serengeti never disappoints. Your guide will lead you through the park, offering insights into the behavior of predators, grazers, and birdlife. After a full day of game viewing, return to camp for a warm meal and a comfortable night in the bush.
After an early breakfast, enjoy a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti, before heading toward the Ngorongoro Crater. As you approach the crater, you’ll pass through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may have the opportunity to stop at Olduvai Gorge — a key archaeological site. In the afternoon, arrive at your campsite near the crater rim, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and the peaceful atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
Today, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most incredible wildlife destinations. Home to a dense population of animals, the crater floor is a wildlife paradise, where you’re likely to see the Big Five in one place. After a full morning of game viewing, enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending back to the rim and heading back to Arusha. Your safari ends with a drop-off at your hotel or the airport in the late afternoon.
